About
Me

I hold a dual Bachelor's degree from the University of Strasbourg, one in Sports Education and one in Sports Business, both with a football specialisation. The Sports Business track was validated through an exchange year at the University of Oklahoma, where I completed courses in Sports Economics, Venue Management, and Entrepreneurship.

I am currently completing a Master's degree in Sport in Society at Malmö University, focusing on governance and CSR in sport organisations. Alongside this, I am enrolled in the Specialised Diploma in Football Business at the Johan Cruyff Institute, studying Fan Engagement, Commercial Management and Revenue Generation.

I am currently partnering with the Stockholm Football Association on a Research & Development project for my Master's degree, examining the growing development gap between Stockholm's largest and smallest clubs.

Inside Arsenal FC's
Business Model

A full business model analysis of Arsenal FC — from the Emirates Stadium's self-financing relocation structure to the club's 2024/25 financial turnaround. A club-record £691M in revenue, built on an unusually balanced three-stream mix rather than the Premier League's broadcast-dependent norm, traced through location, ownership, governance, finance and recruitment strategy as a single interlocking system.

Fan Engagement
Strategy — RCSA

When BlueCo acquired Racing Club de Strasbourg Alsace, it broke something between the club and its supporters. This strategy proposal diagnoses that fracture and builds a three-axis response — Le Racing, c'est nous — combining a Fan Parliament, a regional Hub network across Alsace, and a tiered digital membership programme. A trust-first model that generates net positive returns from Year 1.

Governance of
Swedish & European Football

A Swedish club lives inside two governance systems at once — SvFF's democratic federation and UEFA's regulatory machine — with fundamentally different logics. This paper maps where they align, where they conflict, and what that means concretely for clubs navigating licensing, European competition and social responsibility obligations.

Football — Impact
on Performance

Home advantage is real — but how much of it is actually the crowd, and what can a club do with that information? This study breaks it down: fans add 12 points to a home win rate, boost individual output by 15%, and measurably shift referee decision-making. The findings translate directly into matchday preparation, fan experience strategy, and away-game mental readiness.

The Economics of
Sports Broadcasting Rights

Every major sports org in the US is facing the same question: how do you price and distribute rights when streaming is eating linear TV and Amazon is bidding on ecosystem logic rather than ROI? This study builds the full decision framework — 5-year forecasting, three bid scenarios, game theory bidding strategy — and delivers a $12B recommendation backed by hard numbers.

Strategic Salary Cap
Management in the NBA

The Warriors won three championships and grew revenue by $200M+ between 2015 and 2019 — while paying $83.8M in luxury taxes and still coming out ahead. This case study reverse-engineers the financial logic behind the dynasty: how a front office turned NBA salary cap regulations into a structural competitive advantage, and what every sports organization can learn from it.
